Create or edit a product
Select your server, open Products, and add a product or edit an existing one. Review the settings before saving and inspect the buyer's page afterward.
For your first sale, use the setup guide.
Product display
| Field | Meaning and limits |
|---|---|
| Name | A clear name for the benefit; required, up to 100 characters |
| Description | Benefits and conditions; up to 500 characters |
| English name and description | English display text; 100 and 500 characters respectively |
| URL identifier | Lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens; up to 80 characters, such as vip-monthly |
Check the purchase page in both languages after entering English text. When sharing a URL, use the actual link provided after saving.
Pricing and billing
| Field | What to set |
|---|---|
| Price and currency | The amount due at purchase or renewal; enter whole yen for JPY |
| One-time or recurring | A single payment or periodic renewal |
| Renewal unit and interval | Months or years, with an interval from 1 to 12 |
| Repeat purchases | Whether someone with an active benefit may buy again |
Some billing fields, including mode, currency, and interval, cannot be changed on an existing product. Create a new product for different billing terms. See billing for price changes and existing subscriptions.
Visibility
| Option | Where buyers find it |
|---|---|
| Public + Bot | Web store and Bot |
| Bot only | Bot; unavailable through the regular Web purchase page |
| Direct URL only | A shared purchase link, without a store listing |
| Hidden | Kept out of sale while preparing the product |
Active state and visibility are separate settings. Check both before selling. Hiding or disabling a product does not itself mean existing benefit periods or subscriptions have ended.
Discord roles
Search and select the roles to grant. A product can grant multiple roles. If a role cannot be selected, check the displayed reason, such as Bot permissions, role order, or integration ownership.
Configure the role's channel access and permissions in Discord. See role troubleshooting.
Required buyer information
Select only IDs needed for delivery. Link buyers to the player ID guide. IDs used in commands are also required before purchase.
Game delivery
Select the game, Agent, and RCON target. Enter purchase, renewal, and expiry commands. Use the command reference for placeholders and execution order.
Review and save
- Check that the name and description explain the benefit.
- Verify the amount, billing interval, and visibility.
- Match required IDs to command placeholders.
- Check Discord roles and the game destination.
- After saving, inspect the store or purchase link.
If saving fails, review the input and error. If another operation changed the product, load its current values before reviewing again.
