Check the required ID
Read the ID label and instructions on the purchase page. The game name alone does not determine the required ID: the delivery plugin determines how players are identified.
| Label | Key | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| Steam64 ID | steam64 | The target Steam account's 17-digit ID |
| Epic Account ID | epic | The target Epic account ID |
| EOS Product User ID | eos | The EOS user ID used by the game or service |
| Player ID | playerId | The identifier required by the game or plugin |
| Character ID | charId | The identifier of the target character |
Epic Account ID and EOS Product User ID are different identifiers. Some plugins expect a player name in Player ID. Follow the seller's instructions.
Find your ID
Steam64 ID
Check your Steam profile. If its URL has the form /profiles/17-digit-number, use that number. A custom /id/name URL does not contain your Steam64 ID. Follow Steam's official ID guide to find the numeric ID.
Do not enter your display name, login name, or the entire profile URL into a Steam64 ID field.
Epic, EOS, player, and character IDs
Find Epic Account ID in your Epic account information. EOS and in-game IDs depend on the game or plugin. Use the game screen, command, or server administration screen specified by the seller.
If the seller has not explained how to find it, ask which screen and ID label to use before purchasing. For EOS background, see Epic's Connect documentation.
Enter the ID during purchase
- Sign in with the Discord account that should receive the benefit.
- Enter the required game ID and check for extra spaces or another account's ID.
- Resolve any input error.
- Review the product, recipient, and payment before purchasing.
Passing format validation does not verify that an ID belongs to you. Check it against your actual game account.
Purchased with the wrong ID
Find the purchase number and delivery status in purchase management, then contact the seller. Ask them to check whether delivery already reached another recipient before supplying the corrected ID. Changing an ID does not by itself mean an existing benefit has moved.
Operators: select the required IDs
In the product's buyer-information section, select only IDs needed for delivery. IDs referenced by commands are also required before purchase.
- Check the plugin's ID requirements.
- Explain where buyers find the ID and what value they should enter.
- Match the required IDs with command placeholders.
- Verify the preview and actual delivery using a test recipient.
Custom server ID definitions can change input requirements. Check the instructions and errors shown on the purchase page.
