Set up payouts
Connect Stripe, submit required information, check payment and payout status, and manage account details.

Who can manage this
The Discord server owner manages Stripe onboarding and bank details. Sign in with the owner's Discord account, select the server, and open Settings.
Connect Stripe Connect
Choose “Connect Stripe Connect” in Settings. Complete the business, identity, and bank information requested on Stripe's screen. Stripe determines the required information for your account.
If you leave before finishing, return to Moneta and choose “Continue payment setup.”
Refresh status in Moneta
After returning from Stripe, choose “Refresh status” and check these three items.

“Submitted” alone does not mean payments and payouts are enabled. If status is unknown or could not be loaded, refresh it before relying on it.
Complete additional requirements
If the account needs attention, follow the displayed instructions.
- Missing information: resume payment setup and submit the requested details.
- Stripe review pending: follow Stripe's instructions and refresh after review.
- Account unavailable: check Stripe's instructions and contact Stripe support.
Opening Moneta Settings does not itself submit information or complete Stripe's review.
Check the product
Confirm that the product has a price and that its active state and visibility match how you plan to sell it. Check the available payment methods on the buyer's page.
If card payment is unavailable, use payment troubleshooting.
Change bank or account details
Choose “Open Stripe dashboard” from Settings to review or change registered information and bank details. See Stripe's Express Dashboard guide for its account tools.

Cannot open setup or load status
Check that you are signed in as the server owner. If the latest status could not be fetched, use “Refresh status” instead of treating cached information as current. If the problem persists, send the displayed error to support.
