Purchase a benefit
Check the product and required information, complete payment, and confirm that the benefit has arrived.

Open the product from the store or purchase link shared by the server operator. Purchase requirements and available payment methods depend on the product.
Check the product and account
Sign in with the Discord account that should receive the benefit. Check the server, product, price, billing type, and benefit validity. For recurring billing, also check the renewal interval.
Enter the required information
Enter or check the game IDs requested by the product, such as a Steam64 ID or EOS ID. Required IDs differ by product. A product that only grants Discord roles may not require a game ID.

If the purchase page asks for additional information, review and complete those fields. Use the game ID of the player who should receive the benefit.
Choose a payment method
- Card payment: continue to Stripe from the purchase page and complete payment.
- Credit balance: choose this option when it appears and you meet its requirements, including sufficient balance.

After payment is confirmed, delivery of the configured benefits begins. Check the purchase number and status in purchase management.

Check payment and delivery separately
A completed payment does not necessarily mean that the Discord role or in-game benefit has arrived. Check the status in purchase management and confirm the result in Discord or the game.
