Pay and renew with credits
Check server balances, pay with credits, manage automatic renewal, and recover an uncertain purchase.

Check your balance
Open purchase management and check the balance and currency for the relevant server. Do not confuse another server's balance with the balance available for this purchase. The purchase page also shows the applicable balance.
Follow the server operator's instructions for adding balance.
Review the product and remaining balance
Check the product, price, benefits, and required IDs. Choose “Pay with credits” to see the current balance and the balance after payment in the confirmation screen.
If funds are insufficient, you cannot confirm that credit purchase. Check your balance or choose card payment if the product offers it.
Choose a single payment or automatic renewal

Automatic renewal is available for supported recurring products, not one-time products. Review the amount and renewal terms before confirming. Confirmation deducts the payment from your balance.
Check the result
In purchase management, check the purchase ID, payment method, benefit status, expiry, and renewal status. Check Discord or game delivery separately.
Insufficient balance at renewal
If the balance is too low when renewal is due, that credit renewal ends, the benefit is revoked, and Discord/game removal processing starts. Adding funds afterward does not automatically restart that ended renewal.
Check your benefit and renewal status. If the product is still on sale, review its current purchase conditions on the purchase page. Verify actual role or permission removal through delivery history and the game.
Stop automatic renewal
- Find the benefit in purchase management.
- Choose “Stop credit auto-renewal.”
- Confirm the correct purchase and stop renewal.
- Review its renewal status and current expiry.
Stopping renewal alone changes neither the current benefit expiry nor the remaining balance. For a card subscription, use Stripe management.
Connection lost during payment
Check the outcome before making another payment
If the screen offers a result check or recovery of the same purchase, use that action. Check purchase history and balance before starting a new purchase with another payment method.
If the result remains unclear, contact support with the time, server, product, and visible state.
